Located on St Heliers Avenue (off Portland Rd) in Hove our stunning new premises includes free parking, a fully kitted gym, extensive classes schedule, dance and cycling studios, bespoke HYROX training rooms, wellness studio, treatment rooms, and a relaxing members only café.
Hove Fitness Club is welcoming and motivational, created specifically to develop a community that welcomes and supports all fitness levels.
Our exhilarating group sessions include wellness, indoor cycling, dance and HYROX helping our members achieve new personal goals and unparalleled results.
Extend your post-workout feeling with a relaxing drink, or energising coffee in the members café. The café overlooks our tennis courts and has an outdoor terrace for those warmer evenings. It’s the ideal place to catch up with friends and to meet other members.
